Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy for personal data defines the procedure for processing and protecting information about individuals, which can be obtained by OJSC 558 Aviation Repair Plant when customers use the services provided by OJSC 558 Aviation Repair Plant.

Limited Liability Company OJSC «558 Aviation Repair Plant» is the owner of the site: gavia.by (hereinafter referred to as the Site).

This Privacy Policy was developed in accordance with the Law of the Republic of Belarus dated November 10, 2008 N 455-З «On Information, Informatization and Protection of Information» (hereinafter — the Law on Information), as well as other legal acts of the Republic of Belarus in the field of protection and processing of personal data.

1. General Provisions

1.1. This Policy has been developed taking into account the requirements of the legislation of the Republic of Belarus in the field of personal data.

The processing of personal data is carried out in accordance with the following regulatory legal acts:

1. The law on information.

2. Law of the Republic of Belarus «On the Population Register» dated July 21, 2008 No. 418.

3. Law of the Republic of Belarus dated July 13, 2006 No. 144-3 «On the population census».

1.2. The purpose of this Policy is to prevent unauthorized interference, including attempts to illegally access personal data, blocking, copying, providing, distributing, distorting, destroying, as well as other illegal actions in relation to this personal data.
1.3. Personal data permitted for processing under this Privacy Policy is provided to OJSC 558 Aviation Repair Plant by filling out an application for the provision of services or performing other actions on the Site, accepting offers or in writing.

7. Responsibility of the Parties

7.1. OJSC «558 Aviation Repair Plant» in case of failure to fulfill its obligations is liable for losses incurred by an individual in connection with the unlawful use of personal data, in accordance with the legislation of the Republic of Belarus, with the exception of cases provided for in this Privacy Policy.

7.2. In case of loss or disclosure of Confidential information about personal data, JSC 558 Aviation Repair Plant is not responsible if this confidential information:

— became public domain before its loss or disclosure;

— was received from a third party prior to its receipt;

— was disclosed with the consent of the subject of personal data.

8. Dispute Resolution

8.1. All disputes and disagreements that may arise during the execution of this Agreement will be resolved, if possible, through negotiations between the Parties. Disputes and disagreements not settled through negotiations are resolved in the manner prescribed by the current legislation of the Republic of Belarus.

8.2. The Party that believes that its rights under this Agreement have been violated by another Party undertakes to submit a written claim to such other Party. The response to the claim must be sent in writing within 15 calendar days from the date of its receipt.

9. Additional terms

9.1. The parties unconditionally agree that all correspondence, notifications and notifications received to e-mail addresses are considered delivered to the addressee in proper form from the moment they are sent.

9.2. The parties undertake the obligation to timely check the correspondence arriving at e-mail addresses, and bear all the risks arising from the occurrence of adverse consequences due to non-fulfillment (improper fulfillment) of this obligation.

9.3. JSC “558 Aviation Repair Plant” has the right to change the terms of this Policy unilaterally. In this case, the changes made are published on the Site in the form of providing this Policy in a new edition.
